Tom Stipe was listed as the leader of this hike for the Friends of Tryon Park Daytrippers, but I think he delegated some of the responsibility. Anyhow, it turned out to be very nice. Even the weather cooperated! Silver Falls is always a beautiful place to visit and to hike.
