Cape Horn

May 6, 2004

Cape Horn is another Columbia Gorge hike, but on the Washington side of the river a few miles east of Washougal.
Today the Lake Oswego Hikers started out above Highway 14, wading in shoulder-high wildflowers. Crossing the highway, we continued on the more spectacular (and more rugged) part of the trail.
Larry McLaughlin led, assisted by James Daly. Thanks for a fine outing!
