Ape Canyon

July 16, 2002
    A beautiful day for hiking!  Millions of flowers; fantastic geology; amazing vistas, including Mt. St. Helens, of course, and Mt. Rainier, and Mt. Adams.

    The trailhead for this 11 mile round trip hike is approximately N46°10' and W122°06'.

    Mickie Church led the group today for the Friends of Tryon Creek Park Daytrippers.  Great trip, Mickie!
